Terrible customer service; the device rarely works. There's always a problem with it, lots of glitches. Latest one: after selecting the program you want to use and click start, I'm sent back to the main page where you select the program you want to use, an interesting conundrum. Paid about $1500 or more, for this price, it should work impeccably consistently. DO NOT PURCHASE, 100% headache. 6/22/23

Significant issues with failure to connect to the Healy device on a regular basis. Took several weeks for tech support to get back with suggestions I had already tried such as closing the app, restarting, etc. which does not work the majority of the time. Quite frustrating to spend so much time trying to simply connect the device which is essential to run any program. Very disappointed that the app and thus the device is not reliably functional for such an expensive price.

I see potential in this for sure but for now, I cannot recommend it. The app frequently loses connection in the middle of a session and many times, it just doesn't connect at all. Many "error" screens and prompts to re-enter my Healy info. My attempts to receive customer support have failed...no response. I have researched answers and I am using it correctly so please spare me the "what are you doing wrong that's keeping it from working...what energy are you bringing" mumbo jumbo.
